Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for coaching services provided by G24FIT and Vaibhav Yadav. Please read it before booking.

Free consultation

The initial 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation to sign up.

Rescheduling sessions

In-person and online sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be counted as used.

Coaching packages

• Packages are billed in advance for the agreed period.
• If you wish to stop, let us know before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following period.
• Custom programming that has already been written and delivered is non-refundable.

Refunds

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any sessions already delivered and programming already provided. Refunds are processed within a reasonable time after approval.

Exceptions

We understand that injury, illness, and emergencies happen. Contact us and we will do our best to pause your plan or find a fair solution.
